Easy to swallow
This is the first time I have taken this med by recommendation of my dr. The individual tablets are a little large and will for some be somewhat hard to swallow, including me. If they made it a little smaller and put a coating on it for easy swallow, that might help.

I am really confused as to what I am allowed to write ... ( having received a notice concerning the last review I did, that could NOT be posted.... due to a long list, of NOT allowed things a buyer can write about). So yes, this product met my expectations. I do know I cannot write about the packaging, nor the cost etc. etc. ec. etc. So I have ordered it before, and will continue to order it, because it meets my expectations. I think that is allowed to be said.

Too large
I can take pills well, but these are massive and incredibly difficult to swallow. Even cutting them in half caused irritation in my throat. Would not recommend.

Amazing results
My doc suggested I start taking this in lieu of melatonin... apparently it help make natural melatonin, as well as balance sugar and help other things... It has been such a game changer for me, I ordered a second bottle and now my daughter and my man are also taking it regularly!
