Great stuff. Aside of Korean cooking, I use it in plain hummus with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flake. Delicious.

Great for cooking stir fry. This is great on shrimp. I’m sure you could cook anything with it. Maybe a smoked turkey, beef or something on a smoker with a good seasoning of this all around. Just great taste that’s hard to find. Try it you will love it!

This gochujang has great flavor and a good level of spice. It is certainly a bit saltier than my usual paste - adjust your recipes accordingly!

My recipe for kimchee fried rice called for this spice. I ordered it from Amazon and it came very fast. The spice paste was quite good. Unfortunately, nothing in the packaging was in English so I didn't know how much to use or how to store it once it was open. Definitely trial and error. The lack of English labeling when selling to an English speaking market is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The cost was reasonable.

I normally buy this from local Asian market to make my kimchi and other stuff. This is my favorite brand and hasn't disappointed me once. Delivery was perfect.
