Not too bad
These are pretty useful, up until getting them I had been using a hot towel and this is pretty much the same amt of work. I heated them up for 2 minutes per the instructions, in boiling water, took them out and put them in the pouches, which are thin, but not super soft. As many reviews say, they can get damaged when being used in the microwave so I never used them like that. They’re a little bit difficult to get the temperature right, but it regulates quickly. From out of the boiling water and on my chest, they stayed hot for about 13 minutes, and warm for another 5-7 minutes totaling about 20 minutes of heat therapy. They fit around the pump flanges well. I’m a DD and they cover only about half of the breast but can be positioned to cover the top of the breast or off to the side towards the armpit.

Breast feeding or breast pain
These are pretty big and are not that friendly with wearables however they work great when using wall ones because of how the bottles and flanges are. I place them around the neck of the flange and it helps so much. They are comfortable and provide great relief with both cold or hot. They are great quality and honestly can be used even as an ice pack for anywhere else.

Must for breastfeeding
So glad I got these! You can freeze and heat them in the microwave for a warm compress. These helped me with clogged ducts and to relieve pain at the beginning off breast feeding. Highly recommend.

Good quality would rather use for ice packs
Used them once they were okay for what they are. I followed the directions but the pad was still really hot at first even inside the sleeve. I’d rather use them as an ice pack.

It’s fine but unnecessary
These only worked okay for me. They were very helpful in the beginning of my breast feeding journey when I was feeling engorged but I only used them for a week or two. You could probably get away with using a warm or cool towel instead of spending the extra money for these. They do make good ice packs now! lol.

Not a fan!
Though I followed the instructions to warm them in the microwave they both started leaking within a few uses. So maybe if you’re using it just for cold, but not if you’re planning on using them for warmth’s
