The meter is a good value for cost.
This O2 meter came certified /calibrated. I performed a bump test and confirmed the accuracy of the manufacturer's calibration. The meter is easy to operate and recharge the battery. It is surprisingly durable in the field for such an inexpensive meter. We have been using it for 2 years and have had no issues.

Accurate Oxygen readout
This item is accurate and easy to use. Gives Oxygen level to a tenth of a percent.

Better than I expected.
Works like a champ. Build quality is actually above what I was expecting... feels quite well built and sturdy.

Poor customer service so far
Ordered this O2 meter and went through the zero calibration per the small instruction sheet and the procedure resulted in a failed save. Repeated several times to no avail. Sent an email to Sarah at forensicdetectors.com and message was not accepted. Returned the unit to Amazon for a replacement and it arrived with the same issue as the first unit plus the up arrow key did not work. After pressing quite a few times it worked but sometimes it is unresponsive so I am going to return it to Amazon for refund. I am wondering if Forenic Detectors is a very small privately-owned company and does not like dealing with small use customers? I also purchased a CO meter and sample pump and they seem to work fine and the zero calibration procedure works fine. Going back to the O2 meter I used on my oil boiler and got a reading of 5.2 % which is in the range of what it should be but I am not confident it will hold up. One last item; Every time I turn it on the date and time seem to be off.

Wanted to test foul air in a nursing home where a relative is staying. It proved my point, causing a discussion with management. Easy to use with well implemented features. Recommended.

Small and lightweight
This is an oxygen tester. They are good for about a year of testing. Keep it in plastic to make it last as long as possible as exposure to room air will shorten their lifespan. We ultimately sent it back and paid for a professional to test our machines.

Works great
I operate a winery with a nitrogen generator to keep some processes anaerobic. I use this device to verify the oxygen has been removed from the gas when delivered. I was able to set the low alarm so that if the O2 is low enough the alarm sounds to let me know its OK.
