Great Product
I was incredibly impressed with the Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix! From the moment I opened the package, I could tell this was a high-quality product. The ingredients seemed fresh and the packaging was exceptionally well-designed, ensuring everything arrived in pristine condition, despite the journey. What truly stood out was the ease of use; the instructions were incredibly clear, and the mix itself required minimal effort. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and effortlessly the muffins came together, making it a truly stress-free baking experience, even for a beginner like myself. The final product was nothing short of outstanding – the muffins possessed a delightfully soft texture, bursting with the sweet and tangy flavor of wild blueberries. They were perfectly fluffy, moist, and utterly delicious, exceeding all my expectations. Without a doubt, I will be repurchasing this muffin mix, and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking a simple, yet incredibly rewarding, baking adventure.

Delicious Blueberry Muffins from a Box - Makes a Dozen Tasty Muffins
The Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix is a delicious and super convenient breakfast/snack to make quickly when you don't have a lot of time, or when traveling. When our family goes skiing, we like to stay in a cabin and get out on the slopes as quickly in the morning as we can. While warm oatmeal is usually enough to get our morning started, the Krusteaz muffin mix can be made just as quickly and can be easily taken on the go. All you need to do is mix the flour mixture with water, oil, and eggs, rinse and toss in the blueberries, then bake for 18-52 minutes, depending on what baking vessel you put the mix in. Muffins take about 18 minutes, while a loaf pan takes up to 52 minutes. The muffins are lightly sweet with a delicious blueberry flavor. The blueberries are canned and a nice juicy blueberry flavor to the muffins. We've tried other brands of muffin mix that use dried blueberries and they're just not the same. While the packaged mix just doesn't compare with homemade blueberry muffins, these are pretty close and still really tasty. If you want a more "homemade" taste, use milk instead of water and butter instead of oil - it tastes way better with those small substitutions! Overall, great convenience muffin mix for mornings when you just don't have the time, or for when traveling and you just don't have the space to carry all those ingredients.

A blueberry muffin mix worthy of a cold winter morning
Hot blueberry muffins, fresh from the oven on a cold winter morning. A fresh cup of hot coffee. Snuggling on the couch with that special someone. What else could be better? Krusteaz wild blueberry muffin mix is an easy way to make your morning wonderful. A bit of mixing, some fresh ingredients, a hot oven and a bit of time then some fresh butter and you have my idea of a perfect morning treat.

Fair Muffin.
Flavor wasn't bad, but I never re-ordered it. I'm picky on what I eat, that's me.

Breakfast favorite!
My kids love these muffins I'm glad we can get them from Amazon, to get a nice domed top we preheat at 425°F fill up the muffin tins 3/4 of the way, pop them in the oven and start the timer. After 5 minutes of the higher heat lower the temperature to what the directions say and when the initial time rings you'll have nice bakery looking muffins. We like to brush them with butter and sprinkle some sugar on top. (The initial burst of heat gives them a better rise and the five minutes is taken from the total time they need to be baked.)

YUM! Quick, easy and as good as from scratch . . .
First rate! Don't bother making these from scratch. These are just as good and SO much easier and quicker to make. The can of little wild Maine blueberries (like Betty Crocker's version) makes these special. The instructions have you throwing away the juice they come in but if you can't bear to do that you can add it to the mix in place of the water. The look of the muffins is much less appealing, but the blueberry taste is enriched. (I'd have taken a photo but they were all eaten before I had a chance!) NOTE: Better than Betty Crocker's version, which I liked until I found these and like much more.

Easy to make and I like the "fresh" blueberries
I had not tried these before, but I wanted to make the kids a quick treat. Very easy to make. The first time I made it I used cupcake papers and the next time I made it in a bread pan. I prefer the bread pan because it is less waste and doesn't' stick to the papers. I like the little can of blueberries, I was thinking these would just be dry berries included in the mix but they are actually berries in a can that you rinse off and mix into the mixture.

Tasty & Easy to Make
I made these yesterday & they turned out great. They are easy to make & taste delicious for a boxed mix. You only need 2 eggs, vegetable oil, & water. These can be mixed easily by hand using a spoon (mixer is not needed). The box contains the mix & a small container of tiny blueberries that you strain & add into the mix. Are these as good as the ones you buy from a bakery? Of course not. But for a boxed mix, under $1.90 (shipped), these are pretty good. ;)
