The ring is beautiful, fits well, and the titanium is light. I did scratch it a bit when I grab barbells at the gym, so I’d advise to not do that. Everything else, it’s amazing. Four days of battery life per charge, waterproof, and deeply discreet. You will see quite a bit of light in a totally dark space, but that part wasn’t so challenging for me. You will want to pay for the monthly subscription if you want the ring to do anything meaningful. You don’t have to pay, but the basic insights they give you without paying are useless. But the great thing is that you can pay for it with HSA dollars so pre-tax added to your health cost. The insights it had given me have changed the way I sleep and work out. There are lots of reading and blogs, deep dives into your data. Tracking all these metrics overtime is a great way to see what the daily impacts of what you do have on your body. And it’s great to bring to my doctors when I have issues to be able to show them the data directly. As soon as they became available on Amazon, I immediately purchased one. I have been so happy with my purchase so far! I got the gold ring to match with my other gold jewelry and I get compliments on it as a ring, and people are so surprised when I tell them that it is actually a health and wellness tracker. I’ve learned so much about my sleep and what I can do to improve the quality of my sleep to make sure that I have enough energy the next day. I also have an auto immune disorder that makes me very tired, so sleep tracking is very important to me. It also tracks workouts which is another thing that’s important to me since I want to make sure that I am moving my body enough throughout the day. If you’re sitting for a long period of time, like I do working at a desk from 9 to 5, it gives you notification throughout the day to remind you to get up and move around. It also tracks your amount of energy during the day. For example, if you really worked really hard the day before and didn’t get much sleep, it will tell you to prioritize rest and recovery. However, if you had a restful day the day before and got a lot of sleep it will encourage you to move more since you will have more energy.
