This item will ship on a pallet and will be delivered via a pallet jack. Upon opening the box I observed everything to be secured with very thick pieces of cardboard. After removal from the box, assembly of the lawn mower bag took about 5 minutes. That’s it for assembly time. I used this product today and it works great. It is a much heavier lawn mower than previous versions, but I noticed it mows the lawn more easily and with better quality. I also like the sound of the lawn mower. I used the lawn mower on number 4 for the first mow of my lawn, and it mowed my lawn with ease. This lawn mower has a very easy system to self-propel itself with the touch of a button on either side.

This was delivered quickly. I've used it twice on my .3 acre lot and between the two batteries I was able to complete mowing. It's a mulching mower so if you're grass is tall you may need to set the cut high and work your way down. There's no option for side discharge which may have been nice, but I knew this coming in. The batteries charge pretty quick. It has an aluminum deck which is nice as my last two mowers rusted out after 8 years.

Im severely disappointed with my purchase. This mower is not worth the effort to even look at it, it does not cut short grass well, and it doesnt stand a chance with taller grass, the battery holds half the charge it did when I bought it. The bagger works, but the grass just sticks to the top of the frame and chockes the mower so hard that it powers off. My .35 acre yard now takes me 3 hours to cut, because I have to stop and wait for the battery to charge. Please do research before you buy something this bad. We live on 3 acres in the mountains with various rough terrain including 20 degree slopes, lots of trees and an abundance of various mowing requirements including tall thick-stalk mustard weed, short-flat speading goat head thorns and tall thick grasses… For perspective, over the past 15 years we’ve mowed our property with 26-28 hp gas powered riding mowers, which were loud, costly to operate as well as extremely heavy and costly to maintain…Prior to our riding mowers we hired the mowing out to expensive contractors with DR Mowers Two years ago we switched over from gas powered yards tools to EGO Power 56-Volt battery power. Very heavy, very powerful a bit difficult to manhandle

This is a powerful durable mower BUT very quickly my hands fatigued from pushing the mower and buttons. It's like the people who designed this, never have mowed their own yards before. Also making tight turns is not smooth. The wheels seem to stiffen up half the time, resisting the flow of mowing in not straight lines like one does to get around obstacles. With any traditional gas mower I could mow for and hour, this one is going to be a challenge. This mower is very heavy which should be ok, but when struggling with the handle, it adds to the fatigue. Pro: Customer service was excellent and sent me the side chute and extra blade for free when registering the product.

Love my mower! have a fairly large lawn, and it takes around 1 1/2 batteries to finish. cuts well, less noisy than a gas mower, and easier to deal with the battery packs than gas. Also, it charges fast. Delivery was kind of a pain - it took longer than expected, and I had to have someone here for delivery

Great value; love this lawn mower. Would buy it again without a second thought. Yet, I'll never have to because it's such high quality.
