Huma Chia Energy Gel, Raspberries, 12 Gels, 1x Caffeine - Premier Sports Nutrition for Endurance Exercise

What I like most about these gels is the texture, not too thick, easy to get down, especially later in a long run. The raspberry flavour is pretty tasty as well.

I've been using the Huma Chia Energy gels for about a year now on my weekend long runs with good success. I tried the variety pack at first and then settled on Apple Cinnamon. I just tried the Raspberry and I think that will be my go-to for the foreseeable future. Just enough tart to get the saliva glands going. The other flavors are almost too sweet for me. The energy boost of any of the flavors is good and I like the idea of the natural ingredients. I've never had any stomach issues with these gels. Huma gels are the only brand I have experience with. I like to use a gel at about 45 to 50min into a run that's going to be at least 90 to 120 min total. It gets me to the finish line no problem!

I like the flavour, not too sweet. Goes down nicely, you don’t need water to swallow it, no cramps. I used 2 for a 22km run. Very happy with the gel

I ordered these after doing a lot of research about energy gels and struggling to find one that works, sits well in my stomach, tastes good and the right consistency! I am an avid runner and take part in many marathons and other race distances. I have struggled to find an all-natural gel that sat well in my stomach tastes good and that actually works but Huma Gel is all of those things! The flavors are delicious! My sensitive stomach when working out and competing handles these just fine. The consistency is amazing and goes down very smoothly and the best part I know it actually works and is all natural! I feel so much better after taking these whether it's on runs, races, or even long hikes (9 mile hike in 85 degrees in Bryce Canyon). Huma Gel helped me run a 3:13 marathon last spring as well! Huma Gel has came to my rescue many times and I have found my product that I will continue to use for years to come!

Training for an ultra marathon and I can actually feel the sustained energy these provide. Plus, they taste great!
