La use para unas tendinitis de hombro mientras entrenaba nadando, usaba la de calor para entrenar,luego la de frío para bajar un poco de inflación y terminaba con esta crema para terminar de recuperarme incluso a veces directamente ni usaba la de frío. Ayuda, da mucha sensación de frío o de calor pero ayuda mucho en tema entrenamientos es perfecta quizá para un usuario normal son demasiado intensas para un uso común.

The cold really helps recovering the muscles. Just be careful and don't put much, it smeels a lot and it is really cold xD

Cuidado es muy muy importante ponerse la crema con los calzoncillos puestos, si te toca los huevos no te vas a olvidar de la cremita en mucho tiempo lo que en las piernas es una agradable sensación de frescor en los huevos es como mojar el churro donde frodo tiro el anillo.

Tiene efecto frío calor. Lo recomiendo para relajar el músculo tras un esfuerzo intenso. Los primeros 10 minutos en mi caso noto calor, y durante una hora más aproximadamente noto frío. Este contraste ayuda a relajar y recuperar la zona. Es bastante buena. No hay que olvidar que no hace magia. No sustituye la fisioterapia ni considero recomendable tratarse lesiones o dolores crónicos solamente con crema.
