This is an excellent RO filter system. Installation is very easy if you are even a little bit handy and can read instructions. Has very strong water pressure out the faucet, and regenerates the water tank very quickly. Great tasting water, also.

Worst purchase ever. The filter failed the next day and customer support was rude after hours of no response. Do not trust this company.

The installation was so easy! I know absolutely nothing about plumbing and I was kinda nervous about doing it myself but I was too excited to wait for my husband to get home so I went for it! The directions were so easy to follow!! With clear pictures for reference. The filter seems to be working wonderfully! The water tastes so much better and the filters work so much faster than I expected!! It fit perfectly under my sink with space for the rest of my usual under sink things, dishwasher pods and trash bags and cleaners ect. The pressure is surprisingly fantastic especially since our regular water pressure isn't that great most of the time. The faucet is really cute and small enough it's not in the way. The water went from yellow to perfectly clear and tastes like bottled water instead of mildly like sulfer as it did before filtering. I'm so happy and am recommending it to friends and family already! It even has filter changing times for hard water and city water.

I've been using this system for a couple weeks now and it has been the perfect solution to my undrinkably sulfuric water. I think the water I get from this is better than bottled. The installation process was easy, but there was one small part I had a really hard time with, so I want to describe it below in case anyone else comes here with the same problem looking for help: I could not for the life of me screw the faucet adapter onto the faucet when I was under the sink. Outside of the sink, I had no problem at all with it, but once I was upside-down I just couldn't do it, and neither could anyone else in my house. I ended up putting the entire faucet assembly together above the sink, and then snaking the whole thing through the hole in the sink. In order to do that, I had to ditch the hard black plastic washer that came with the faucet (since it couldn't flex through the hole in the sink) and made three flexible rubber washers out of stuff I had in the garage. Then I put the whole faucet assembly together (faucet -> rubber washers -> lock washer -> lock nut -> faucet adapter). Individually, the rubber washers could bend through the hole in the sink, and then once they were all together, they provided enough of a solid foundation that I could screw the lock nut tightly against them. Other than that, everything was simple and straightforward. Very happy with this!

Okay, water tastes great and has good water pressure with the provided tank. However, stay away from this product. The housing started a slow leak and ruined my lower kitchen cabinet. Will cost me over $1,000 for someone to remove and repair the cabinet. It's a clear manufacturing issue as you can see where the top plastic molding was assembled started to come apart. I appreciate APEC's replacement of the top assembly outside of warranty. This won't cover my costs to fix the cabinet. I don't trust the new assembly anyway and looking to replace this with something of better quality. I wish I read more reviews before buying this... looks to be a common problem.
