This way of adding gold leaf to a cake is so much more economical than using the expensive sheets. It isn’t a fast job, it needs patience, but it is very effective and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Great product. Looks great. Lasts for ages as you get quite a lot in the bottles so good value. Only downside is that once you’re near the end of a bottle, it’s hard to get the last bits out as the opening/neck is quite small. Even with tweezers it’s tricky. However overall I would still buy again.

The leaf does look very pretty but is a nightmare to try and get out of the bottle which is a shame. Might work better if sold in flatter pots with better access.

I recommend using tweezers to get the gold leaf out the jar and place on your desired item. Very effective decoration, gives a real sense of luxury and sparkle.
