Good taste and make me feel good

Was recommended these after a night of drinking and they definitely helped soften the blow!

I like the flavour and the energy okay with one in a glass but in two litres need five to ten maybe 12, I don't drink water I drink energy drinks and use need to up the energy in cheese tables for me for cheaper, energy drinks getting radicalise so have to find somthing else and chance use can make them better for me for a cheaper price sames goes with the rest of them, but it has to have energy not zero sugar needs sugar and caffeine in it more of it, one of the best one I think but just need to be better, for the amount I bought in the last two weeks for somthing need to be strong energy like monster or redbull ones or 10 tables In one tables for about 3 pounds for 20 tables or a pound a tube, really need to be stronger

As someone who competed in sport at a high level, I can tell you that electrolytes were the only supplement that genuinely 100% made a tangible difference to my trading and race performance, apart from a shot of caffeine. These electrolytes from For Goodness Shakes are the best tasting out there (and I’ve tried pretty much all the brand names!) and I won’t workout without them, especially when it’s hot and I’m sweating a lot. Highly recommended. Please don’t ever stop making them!
