I sleep on my side, and this pillow is the perfect height and cushion for me. I find myself bringing it on vacation and overnight stays because it is so comfortable. I have tried so many pillows, and this is the only one that I consistently use. It comes with a removable washable pillowcase. I think the little ear hole is obsolete. I never situate my ear into it, but even though I don’t use it, it doesn’t detract from the pillow.

I am a side sleeper and often wake up in so much pain that I need to lay on my back for 30+ minutes before I can get out of bed. However, this weird shaped pillow has been a game changer. I have tried numerous pillows and yet this candy cane shaped pillow has been my savior. So much so, that while on vacation I purchased a second one and had it delivered to my air bnb. Now I have a travel pillow! I will say that the middle opening is where I assume my ear should fall...it does not. If it did this pillow might be perfect. I also wish the pillow case came in a darker color as pilling happens making the pillow look dingy regardless of washing.

Favorite pillow. Love that it came with a pillow case to keep it clean. Wish the top was a little smaller.

Great concept poorly executed with cheap materials. It’s hotel sheet scratchy, the ear hole absolutely doesn’t line up and it’s snug. As a normal sized person, turning over at night felt difficult. It doesn’t feel very supportive and you can tell the poly fill is just waiting to become lumpy in time. An absolute no go for me. Find something better. This is a waste of money. My arms still hurt and it’s very hot to sleep on.

It didn’t meet my expectation.i was excited when I got it when i used it it was not what i expected.not enough support for me.too narrow.its more for kids.my 8 year old grand use it. The material of the cover is not too soft its a little hard.

I bought this to support my right shoulder and arm. I broke my shoulder in January and haven't been able to sleep flat on a regular mattress. Saw a larger version of this and thought that it might work but I didn't want another 'body' in my bed. Saw this one and thought it might be just what I needed. And I was right! I use it when I sleep on my left side so my right shoulder doesn't drop behind me, and I use it when I sleep on my back so my right arm and shoulder are supported. It is everything I needed and helps me sleep so soundly. The support is perfect. It's not firm like a foam mattress; it definitely has some give to it but retains its shape. I haven't had to worry about washing it yet, but I have spot cleaned it (we have a Great Dane in the household who likes to drool) and it cleans up very well. The material is soft enough for me, but I can see where someone may find it a bit scratchy. I was concerned I'd get too hot with using it all around me (I'm in menopause) but that's also not a problem at all. I put that on the material and also the little indent for the ear. Between those two I seem to have good air flow. If you're looking for something that gives you a bit of support for your upper body (not for a stomach as in a pregnant woman) this may be exactly what you're looking for. I received it extremely quickly, and it came totally rolled up and shrink-wrapped. Unwrapped it, and it bounced into shape right off without any chemical smell. Used it that night and since then every night. YAY!!

Made a huge difference in my ability to sleep comfortably while recovering from a pinched nerve in my neck and pain in my shoulder and arm.

I had this pillow all boxed up and ready to return, but decided not to return it. I've had nearly 5 of these pillows, I think I actually sent one or two back in the last 2 years. I thought maybe they changed what they changed about them. I've figured it out. They are using way less pillow batting, so the pillow is much softer with no firmness at all. If you want your head and neck to balance out you need a little firmness to hold your head up; not just sink to the mattress with your head on the pillow. Back to the not returning, I sew, so I'm going buy a bag of batting at Walmart and finish the job they didn't do. All this down grading in the world has ruined some of the products.

I have chronic neck and back problems. This pillow let's me sleep on my side, back and front with a comfy place to put my arms, any position works with this pillow, even sitting up to watch TV. I never have to "fluff"it in the midst of my sleep, it keeps its shape. Not too hard...not to soft. It's cheap! I've gone through so many pillows that cost waaaay more, this is the best and the cheapest. Less pain!

bonne oreiller, pensais pas que sa allais me faire dormir a ce point là. à essayer je dors la dessus depuis je l'ai et je dort bien sa pas de sens, mais je commence a trouver que loreiller est un peu dure comme si elle est trop rembouré et je trouve que le trou est un peu trop haut, il y a trop d'espace de soutien pour le cou je lavais acheter à la base pour faire moin de pression sur mes piercing d'oreille, mais le trou est si haut que sa viens tirer sur mon épaule si je veux mettre mon oreille dessus.

J’avais tres peur de commander une oreiller sur Amazon, j’avais peur qu’elle soit vide ou presque mais elle est tres confortable je ne peu plus m’en passer !!

I bought this pillow because I get ear pain when sleeping on my side. I had high hopes and counted down the days until it arrived. I am so disappointed, both with the quality of the materials and with the fit of the ear holes. I am 5'6" tall. When I lie down and place the pillow under my head, the top of the ear hole literally lines up with the top of my head. The bottom of the ear hole is a full inch above the top of my ear. I tried squishing the pillow down to force the hole to fit around my ear, but within moments the ear hole was pulling against the bottom of my ear and folding the earlobe up against my head. This was far more painful than sleeping with a normal pillow. Squishing the pillow down to fit around my ear also caused it to bulge excessively around the neck, which made me feel like I was being strangled. There's nothing I find more restful than being strangled while I try to ignore extreme ear pain. As for the quality of the pillow: it is terrible. The filling is very thin, and the pillow-slip is scratchy and plastic-y feeling. It is mostly made of polyester, so expect to sweat. It can also only be washed in cold water, according to the instructions, so don't expect to wash all that sweat out. Don't buy this product and sleep well in the knowledge that you didn't just waste $25 of your hard earned money.

I bought this pillow because I am a side sleeper, who does often find myself having a sore ear as a result so when I saw this pillow with the ear hole, I thought it would be perfect for me upon further inspection, and a night of sleep on it I have realized that while this is a very comfortable pillow and a very suitable pillow for a side side sleeper The ear hole when this pillow is firmly up against my shoulder is over my head, so I’m not sure what kind of body type this was designed for for someone with an extremely long neck or perhaps a different animal all together but for a human sized person with a regular length neck my ear came nowhere close to where the hole is now mind you this is an incredibly comfortable pillow for side sleeping, but the ear hole may as well not even be there plus it isn’t really even much of a hole as it is there’s not much of an opening it is Almost completely shut, so I’m not sure if it would be worth it for somebody who’s buying it specifically for the ear whole purpose, but it is a very comfortable side, sleeping pillow.
