Great protein pills
I don’t have any digestive issues which is nice. They are large but no larger than my hair, skin, and nails pills. I take 5, 2-3 times a day. No taste and my muscles are less sore when I take them after a workout.

Excellence in Supplemental Protein
The tablets are very easy to take. Looking at them you wouldn't think so. I can feel a definite boost from them. I take 10 to start my day which equals to 50 MG protein. Then 5-10 more before a 10.5 hour work day never sitting down working in a warehouse. I definitely feel better with them in my regimen. 5 🌟
