Easy to use and as far as I can tell helps keep my chimney clean and less likely to catch fire when I have the fire burning to warm the house.

Absolutely brilliant product. Left it to burn for a couple of hours (product is ready to go straight out of the box- just place and light), left the doors of my workshop open for ventilation. Now my wee stove is perfectly soot free and burning away merrily as I type. Product leaves the soot residue on the grate- easily vacuumed away in a couple of minutes. I put a brush up the flue anyway, just to see, delighted when next to no material came away!

This was very easy to use and assume it does the job, Our woodburner flue is bendy and hard to find a chimney sweep so thought this would be a good stop gap until we do. It is not a substitute for regular sweeping but will be using it inbetween a couple of sweeps per year. Customer service was excellent as when the first delivery went missing (had an empty package presented by Royal Mail as someone had cut the bottom off and emptied it!) they immediately dispatched another.

No idea if this usually happens, followed instructions and ended up with a log burner fully sooted! I thought the window had gone dark, in fact black, but not much I could do until the process had finished. Few days later of burning logs and most the soot has disappeared, cleaned the glass with damp kitchen tissue & bit of ash (as usual), not sure I’d want to use again, even if it does recommend using 2m second ten days later, little off putting, but hopefully no serious harm done, you can smell the soot if it happens to anybody else, so like myself, I’d suggest not opening until it’s burnt out, as instructions basically imply to leave to do for couple of hours, just odd result.

Burns very well, better than wood or the winter flame smokless fuel ive been using. So looking forward to burning those fuels after this sweep is complete 👌🏼
