The computer glitches out, going blue or pink screen and then no signal. The RAM provided is literally 1 RAM stick, and it is an outdated setup in its entirety. I wish I read more into this before buying it as I’m now stuck with an inoperable paper weight that I can’t return or be refunded for. Stay far away from this PC. Update: After battling tech support and customer service for remediation of this negligent issue, I was offered an "exchange," for a different PC with 1TB GPU and RX 560 as the upgrades on the unit. I agreed, and the PC they sent me that I'd waited for after fighting tooth and nail to get -- arrived DOA, black-screening upon first power up. I am still awaiting my S E C O N D Refund/Return/Exchange PC since the previous 2 both died within 3 months of purchase. I'm awestruck at how a Quality Control check was performed on these PCs and one arrived to me DOA, unresponsive. This company also has very misleading warranties, as well as misleading methodologies for customers to go about even finding out how to properly make contact with customer support or tech support regarding an issue with their product, due to the fact that the tech support email handle they print off and stick onto the case of the PC's is the wrong email domain in it's entirety. Email "astsys.net" for tech support/customer service, do NOT email "astsys.com" -- STGAubron.com's official website email handle at the bottom of their website is no longer in use as my email daemon returned an email I sent to that email. There are little to no phone numbers provided regarding the Customer Service or Tech Support lines, as the phone numbers they print out and stick on the case of the PC sends you directly to an automated voice system telling you to LITERALLY EMAIL THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, AGAIN. It goes, "For any further assistance, and quicker response times please email, 'astsys.com,' thank you."

I’ve had it a few weeks running it daily most the day and it hasn’t been struggling at all! Now all I need is better internet and I’ll be unstoppable!

Got as a gift for a friend, they had this to say about this computer product; it just can't handle anything too too crazy. it's perfect for what I use it for, which is low end singleplayer games or schoolwork.

I bought this computer for my son. First off let me say I know nothing about computers. However, I can verify the following: Fast shipping. It was not packaged in the first box very where, there was another box inside of the main box which is where the computer tower was. This one was packaged tight. Inside there was some of that foamy expanding stuff that is meant to keep the components from moving around. That was so tight it was almost impossible to remove. Took about 30 minutes of trying very slowly to remove it. Finally, getting past that point, it took a bit longer than normal to power on. We installed World of Warcraft today. It lagged horribly. This was just for a World Boss event in the current content, War Within. We turned the graphics to the lowest setting possible. Really bad frame rates. Decided to try some Delves. Again, just using some of the normal attack buttons it lagged horribly! The information is incorrect on the description about having no lag. Checked to make sure our internet was up to par, still no improvement. My son wanted to play his Helldivers game, that is a STRONG NO WAY, not good at all, will not play. I am aware that Helldivers takes a lot of resources to play but there is no way of getting it to budge. World of Warcraft is supposed to be one of the EASIEST games to play on just about any computer. Always been that way. Unfortunately, I am disappointed in this computer and can not give it a good review. There is something wrong with it. I gave it one star because it did work as a normal computer to play Youtube, but gaming, no, sorry definitely not a gaming computer for anything made in 2024. For a single mom with a kid that just wants to be a kid and have some fun, it's not worth the trouble we are going through. Very unhappy with this product. Extremely disappointing. UPDATE only 2 hours into setting up computer it FLASHES GREEN and doesn't work any longer. This product has to be returned due to it being broken. I don't recommend this product at all. It is a shame I couldn't leave it No stars. I am happy with the Amazon Customer Service. They are helping me with this issue as we speak. It will be returned. Don't buy unless you want issues and a headache. Very upset with this company!

We haven’t had any issues with lag on any of the games. I did order a 8tb internal memory hard drive for $150 that we haven’t installed yet. But I figured we’d need that soon.

first thing, the pc is good BUT not good. i tested the pc for 1 month and it did not last a month, let me explain. indeed it worked but only for a couple weeks, the Quality was good but the fps was spiking. now if you want a pc that can run over 100 fps this not it it can only tun 80 fps on fortnite and thats also in creative. r6 is good runs 80 no fps drop. the storage is horrible. it seems to load up pretty fast. now after a couple weeks i turned it on and it was blue screen with the stop code of 0xc000021a (STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED, occurs when a critical process fails on a Windows computer. This can cause the PC to go into a repair loop and display a blue screen of death (BSOD). Some possible causes of this error include: Mismatched system files, A failed Service Pack or KB update installation, An incomplete software program installation, A backup program that didn't restore files correctly, and An incompatible third-party program) DO NOT BUY THIS PC its horrible

Wont even play Fortnite. almost 500 dollars down the drain. How the hell can you advertise it as a gaming pc when it wont even play Fortnite. This thing is a scam 100%. Now im stuck with this pos. Ive been trying to find a better graphics card that will work properly but depending on whether or not the cpu can handle it without bottle necking is a whole other task in itself. If you are buying this for yourself or someone to play games on, you need to find a different computer. This one wont play any newer game unless its very low frame rate. I bought a gaming laptop from walmart that was just a couple hundred more bucks and it out performs this "gaming pc" in every single aspect. Wont even play fortnite... I mean come on.. I wouldnt be so upset if they didnt advertise it as a gaming pc. should be advertised as a home work/basic desktop for research or something.
