The material is floppy, so it kept sliding and shifting. I adjusted the strap tighter. I use it seldomly. Wish it was more fitted or more snug on arm.

However, my husband’s been wearing it while playing tennis and says it’s comfortable and has really helped with his shoulder pain. After doing some yard work he used it after putting in the freezer for a while. We’ll have to see how it feels wearing it on a hot day. It’s very flexible and soft and stays secure with the Velcro even while playing tennis. So far, a better result than those from tapes, wraps, salves and even, PT.

I like this a lot, but it doesn’t hold the cold as long as I had hoped. I am still glad I purchased it. I just bought some extra ice packs to slide under the sleeve to keep it colder longer. It is comfortable and I think the combo is going to be perfect.
