Good compression belt
The brace is pretty good for the price. There is not much support, as it is more of a compression type of bracing. But it is comfortable and seems pretty sturdy so far. The heat is interesting. It isn't bad, but I don't know if it was that I was sweating a bunch or how hott of a day it was, but it actually quickly got too hot for me. I feel like without the heat function, I would give it a 5 or even at least a 4 oun of 5.
