I choose pink because I liked it. Though it does come in a variety of colours to suite everyone's taste.The pack came with instructions but I found out through the internet, that there are other ways and positions you can use it for. The guide only gave the instruction for the most common injuries such as a bad back.Good think about the tape is that you can cut how much you want of the length of strip, as it comes in one roll, and on the backing they have marked it out in cm squares. So no need to get the ruler out.The tape was very sticky if you apply immediately to the skin, but don't tear it off again to re adjust as it will loose its stickiness.The tape last for a couple of days but will start to loose its stickiness once in the shower, but not completely.Be warned when you take the strips off it really hurts. I had to do it really quickly so it would be over quicker.Overall it's a good alternative to the original and great for us people watching our budgets.:) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Only used once but it stood up the the test *by E***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 May 2014* Used this tape for an inner-knee injury just to give some support for an upcoming race. I cut it into 3 strips, 2 short and 1 long making sure to curve the edges (I'd been told this helps it stay stuck down as corners can catch on clothing). Each piece stayed exactly where it was throughout the duration of the race which was a very hot and sunny day and I ran for around an hour.I didn't take the tape off for many hours afterwards thanks to travelling and it remained stuck the entire time. I also have fairly sensitive skin and the glue didn't cause any kind of reaction either.So overall, really pleased with this product, hope to use it again. It offered the support I needed and stayed stuck the entire time. It also has a level of elasticity (as you would expect anyway) that allowed me to bend it rather than taping in a straight line. It does work and I have used it myself (injury sustained playing in a park.. my fault for playing in the park really!) There are loads of helpful instructions online as how to fit this stuff, so worth checking out to get the most out of the tape. Comes in a bunch of different colours too, so you can feel really professional (though we stick to blue and black usually)... The tape helps to relieve muscle, ligament and tendon pain and offers support where it is needed most.
