## Features

- Two Brewing Modes – Extract Mode to brew coffee or tea directly (with 6 strength levels, NO TEMPERATURE SETTINGS REQUIRED), Heating Mode to prepare hot water at the preset temperature (4 preset temperatures, NO BREW STRENGTH SETTINGS REQUIRED), meeting your various beverage needs.
- Innovative Steam Brewing – Unlike traditional tea or coffee makers, our tea maker uses steam to evenly spray tea or coffee powder, extracting flavors before gently dripping it into the water. The professional steam extraction basket keeps tea/coffee separate from water, preserving nuanced trace elements and rich tastes.
- 6 Brew Strength Selection - Designed with 6 strength settings from light to extra bold, place the tea/coffee in the infuser, add water to the outer pot, directly turn the knob to choose your brew strength WITHOUT the temperature settings and press “Start” button.
- 4 Temperature Presets – Heat water precisely to 175°F, 185°F, 200°F, or 212°F, ideal for brewing Green tea, Herbal tea, Coffee, Black tea, or simply boiling water for other drinks. Just select the desired temperature WITHOUT the strength settings and press the “start” button to work.
- Keep Warm - Enjoy the convenience of our 2-hour automatic keep-warm function at 158℉ after brewing. For longer warmth, manually keep it warm for up to 8 hours.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do I need to set both flavor and temperature when brewing?**
A: No, only choose one of them to brew. There are two brewing methods: flavor controls for flavorful tea or coffee and temperature controls for the tea.

**Q: Why choose steam brewing tea?**
A: The high-temperature steam enables water to rise and spray onto the tea leaves, forming droplets of tea that fall into the kettle. Release delicate flavors and aromas of tea leaves.

**Q: What's the difference between K156 and K176?**
A: The difference is based on material, flavors and the range of temp. K156 with a BPA-free plastic base, 6 flavor controls, temp range from 175ºF to 212ºF. K1763 with a 304 stainless steel base, 5 flavor controls, a wider temp range (140°F - 212°F).

**Q: Can the K156 Tea Brewer be used as an electric kettle to boil water?**
A: Yes, when using it as an electric kettle, you have the flexibility to choose the temperature, ranging from 175°F to 212°F.
