Left the car, get phone call a few hours later to say failed on emissions due to lots of white smoke when revved to 3000rpm, valve stem oil seals, maybe more wrong. The cost will be Β£1400 min if I want repairs done. Thought I would try this as had nothing to lose. FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS FULLY and smoke is gone.
