Crow bar that dismantles pallets
I wasn't sure of this crow bar. But once i star using it I was amazed at the quality. It has lived upto the name crow bar. I have dismantled so many pallets at the allotment with this and plan to do so about another 15 pallets. If it's pallets you want to dismantle then this will do the job.

Great Option for Skirting, Floorboards etc.
Super easy to use to lift floorboards, pry off skirting etc. Slightly more premium product but I trust the brand. Solid weight behind it.

Glad I bought it.
Annually we get a few deliveries arriving on pallets. Being, living and working to my work title suggests (HSE (E for Environmental Management)) we recycle and re-purpose pallet wood. But we don't have space to stow away the pallets indefinitely. Best thing is to break them up with care to keep as much of the wood as possible and be rid of the nails. (By the way, nails are my pet hate in wood work. They are pain in the wots-zits to undo, make a mess of the wood with holes, and to top it all don't hold fast onto wood as much as proper wood screws do. They only hold by friction and if, e.g. with fencing, the winds rock away the pieces of wood, they soon work the nails loose. Nails just hate them. These are my tried and trusted tools for the task. First separate the pieces as much as possible using hammer drill and an SDS+ tile chisel. The stubborn ones I used couple of brick bolsters on oppisides of the wood and lever them away. Naisl that have worked loose use the claw of the claw hammer to remove. Then remains about 20% of nails which are sunk in too deep. So these have to be hammered out on the reverse side a few mm such that it allows the claw of the hammer to bite into. Those nails which have broken off and could not be hammered out far enough on the reverse side are than attacked with a pair of pincers. Phew. I used to also use a crw bar but didn't have much success, which was why I shied away from having a wrecking bar to add to the tool kit for the pallet break up task. However, it used to take good half of a morning to break up one pallet. I was actually looking for a 3 inch bolster with a longer stem and looked at Ox's offerings. On impulse bought this wrecking bar. Turned out to be one of the most useful impulse purchases I have made in at least the last 5 years. Unlike a bolster, the sharp edges of this bar meant it could get into thinner gaps. The choice of two different curvatures of this bar allowes me to quickly open up thin gaps to wider gaps. This bar can do away one of the bolsters and the good news is that with using the black coloured end, pieces of wood could often be parted by this bar alone. In summary, although this bar could not do away with the other tools for the job, it has certainly sped up how quickly I could dismantle each pallet. Used it on one pallet so far but reckon it saved me 15 minutes. Oh, unlike the crow bar, this is short enough to go into any one of my tool boxes or tool bags.

Great but be aware of ceramic coating
Heavy duty strong bar, very sharp on the ends so useful to get under small gaps to pry open. Bought this to strip down some wood pallets. I will however say it’s recommended to wear eye protection if you’re using a hammer with this. The bar is ceramic coated and this easily comes off when a hammer is used on it. Experienced some small cuts along my arms from these pieces flying off.

This bar is very nice. It's tough. I do new construction and remodeling. It's been my go-to bar over my others. It is tough and gives good leverage.
