This is has wildly improved my workouts. I have super sweaty hands so most of my workouts I have had to stop short because my hands kept slipping off or losing my grip. This liquid chalk is the answer for anyone with sweaty hands. My grip is so much better now. I apply it about 4 or 5 times during my hour long session. It lasts about 6 sets I would say, however using any wipes to clean equipment will probably make you have to reapply. The cap on mine broke off after a while, but it can still be put back on, just no longer attached to the bottle. It applies super easily and dries in about 5-10 seconds if you swing your hands back and forth. I highly recommend this product for anyone who goes to the gym or works out often, unless you magically have dry hands while working out.

I’ve tried other grip products for the Gym but this stuff works best for me. No mess but still get the grip I get from chalk, without the mess of carrying chalk in my gym bag.

This stuff is amazing! I go to crunch where they do not allow chalk. I tried this it is better than chalk grip wise in my opinion. There is virtually no mess. A small drop on one hand rubbed in was all I needed. I didn't it did not rub off on the bar its perfect

Love brands like these. Exact same performance as the more popular brands but multiple dollars cheaper. Also it smells really good lol
