Looks like the right part

Holding up well on 6.5 turbo diesel. If you know these trucks this a fail point on these NV4500. Priced lowered than others.

Casting at bottom was extremely poor and not mad properly I could not even use it or screw it in because where you would put screw driver it had no shape

Fits 1993 nv4500 gm with no problems be sure to clean out your old dirt fitting and old grease for installing but it works
