Farberware 11 x 14 Inch Acacia Cutting Board with Locking Lid

The size of the board is generous. Good quality board with a secure lid to transport a full charcuterie safely. It had enough room for five cheeses and plenty of meats, fruits etc. it was also very easy to clean. I would recommend this board if you are in need of a quality board with a secure lid.

I absolutely love this cutting board! I originally bought it for Thanksgiving, and it fit everything perfectly for my charcuterie board party. I used it again for Christmas and now for any occasion where I need to transport food. It’s super convenient since I can prep everything in advance without worrying about things shifting. I do wish there was a larger version, but even so, it’s a great product and definitely approved!

I bought this to use for a cheese tray at an outdoor party and it was perfect for that. The cover is tall enough to accommodate small ramekins of spreadable cheese and dishes of olives, etc. The latch system seems very secure but do note that you need to slide the latches straight out and away from the tray before trying to lift them up to remove the cover. It could be easy to break the latches if you try to lift them straight up without sliding out. I have the acacia and white one and love the look of it. I plan to use it not just for cheese and charcuterie but for muffins, cookies, tea sandwiches, fresh fruit, cake slices etc. almost anything i might want to take to a party or potluck.

This wooden tray with a protective lid is a great size for "travel charcuterie" (or little dessert cakes, cookies, or whatever you want to bring along for a dinner party or tea). It looks lovely and you can easily take off the lid when ready to serve. The lid is not an airtight seal, so liquids/sauces/dips can leak if the tray is not level or if those liquids make it over the edge. I recommend using cute containers with lids that seal tightly. Or, for thicker dips less at risk for spilling/sloshing, I used little silicone lids. The reasons this item didn't receive 5 stars: - The wood tray arrived with a very noticeable scratch on the bottom, which is a shame, because it is otherwise very nice looking. At least the scratch was on the bottom! - The product packaging left behind a sticky residue that needed an excessive amount of work to remove. - It smelled really awful at first. I had to hand wash it several times and set it outside in the sun to get rid of the stink (and the packaging residue). Overall, though, I still really like this item and I hope to get a lot of use out of it.

We use this for serving a vegetable or cheese tray, but also use it to store food in the refrigerator as another type of container. It is very easy to clean as well which is a nice feature. We have not used it as a cutting board, but I could also see that as an added benefit. We want to keep it as nice looking as possible when using it for a serving tray. Overall well made and great product to have for several types of occassions.

Use it for every pot lock opportunity at work, constant compliments and the side clips can be removed and reattached for cleaning

I love that it has a locking lid. The only thing I disliked about charcuterie boards is how big of a pain it was to take them places. This eliminated that issue. No more having to deal with plastic wrap. Just stick the lid on and you’re good to go.

I ordered the used - very good condition with just “minor damage to the box”. It arrived with a perfect box but the actual product was broken. The lid was cracked with a broken handle and the wooden tray was sticky. Be careful when ordering this option. It’s also very cheaply made.

Way nicer looking than plastic, makes it easier to go from storage to presentation. Wood seems good quality.

Excellent, very versatile and perfect for taking to potlucks and girls nights. This board has an Acacia wood base and a plastic top that clicks in place. We've taken it to many potlucks and girls nights and always get compliments. It's also very easy to clean!

Absolutely love this! Have gotten many compliments on it. The lid is nice and tight as well.

Perfect small charcuterie board for outdoors. Lid helps keep bugs out and food fresh. Add small cooler bags and all stays cool. Must have changed the large stickers because they come off easily with no sticky residue. I oil all my boards with food grade mineral oil so they don't crack or absorb any food juices.
