Very good foam roller. Holds up, and is a joy to use. Of course, consult doctor or physical therapist first. I cannot compare brands almost say without a doubt it will be recommended

This foam roller is incredibly firm, almost too firm if you're just starting out, but that’s what I was looking for. It holds its shape really well and doesn’t compress under pressure. It feels durable and solid. It’s also light and easy to toss in a gym bag, so portability is a plus. I'm still learning how to use it right, but it's a great option if you want something dense and long-lasting.
