Cooking speed is good. Standard 20-minute cook time worked well on the stove. 12 minutes in my pressure cooker with a natural pressure release. This rice is amazing. It is the only rice we use in our household. This is great price compared to what it costs in the store. I cook this in my instapot which makes it easy to prepare. This rice is a most in our household. It’s perfect size grain, not stick, perfect texture, cooks well and taste amazing. We make all kinds of rice dish with it. It smells well and not perfumed like other rice. It’s also a big bag and very cheaper to buy on Amazon than in store.

I've been eating Uncle Ben's rice since I was a little girl and my mother has been eating Uncle Ben's rice and who was a little girl. It Cooks up great it's not clumpy it tastes good the consistency is pretty good I use chicken stock or beef stock sometimes and it definitely absorbs the flavor of the stock or whatever gravy you decide to use it's a big enough size for a family of even up to six. I would recommend it to anyone

We eat a lot of rice; and this is the best buy ever. The taste is always the best and I will buy no other!

I recently purchased 3 bags of this rice and they did not meet my expectations at all. Many of the grains were either black or dark brown, making it quite tiresome to pick them out individually. The overall quality was subpar; I had to rinse the rice multiple times, and even after the third rinse, the water remained cloudy. After cooking, the rice turned out sticky, which was not the case with the smaller packets of the same brand I had bought from a different store. This experience was disappointing, especially since I purchased three large bags from here for my mom and mother-in-law, who had been very satisfied with it before. Unfortunately, based on this purchase, I will not be buying this brand again from this store. The quality was not up to standard, and I am quite disappointed.
