**Q: why can't I find shape transformer in the store?**
A: Not at this time!

**Q: If I have straight hair do I have to use phase 1 or can I just use this ?**
A: I can not tell cos, I normally use the phase 1. It helps to condition the hair before the step 2.

**Q: What happens if I skip step 2 and just use 1 & 3**
A: Step 2 shapes the pattern, this is place on the hair fully covered set on rods

**Q: how is it with silver hair? I don't want to use anything that has a yellow or brown color.  thank you.**
A: No yellow or brown colour with this product.
