Review: Very happy with this for knotted mala necklaces! - Really happy with this cord so far! I make knotted mala necklaces and it works great to thread on the beads. The wax helps the beads go on the end without it getting frayed and I don't have to use a beading needle. The beads I use have a 8-1mm size hole. I knot them super tight and pull on the cord and no issues with it feeling flimsy or breaking. I really hope it holds up over time in comparison to cotton or silk thread which doesn't hold up for too long. The price was excellent and the colors are gorgeous! Also, the wax isn't too much-- you can definitely feel it but it isn't super sticky feeling or ends up on the beads.
