Love this bean to cup machine. I bought a cheaper one a few months ago and regretted it from the start. This is quiet, looks good, grinds well and I can wake up to freshly ground coffee in the morning if I set the timer. Easy to clean. Very pleased.

First of all, the packaging of the machine was very good and the overall exterior quality was impressive. It has a very simple, user-friendly interface, and with the tutorial videos you can learn all the functions in about 5 minutes. The coffee bean hopper isn’t very large, but it’s sufficient. You can grind the coffee beans to any coarseness you like. With the timer feature, you can choose to grind the coffee right before brewing or use pre-ground coffee, and brew your coffee at the exact time you want. However, I was quite surprised that a product with such strong hardware is so weak on the software side. For example, the grinder can only be set to 4-6-8-10 cups (it grinds 23 g for 4 cups and its pretty noisy). If it could be set in seconds, we would be able to determine the amount of coffee ourselves. Also, just like regular filter coffee machines, it uses all the water in the reservoir to brew coffee. Instead, when 4 cups of coffee are ground, it could brew with the amount of water needed for 4 cups and save the remaining water for the next brew. These features already exist and could easily be implemented with a simple software update. Overall, I’m satisfied and will continue using it.

I’ve had this machine for a while now and honestly, it’s been a game changer for my mornings. The coffee it makes is smooth, rich, and full of flavour – exactly what I want when I sit down with that first cup of the day. I’m really picky with my coffee, and this little machine keeps surprising me with how consistent it is. Easy to use, quick to clean, and it looks great on the counter too. I’ve tried a few different beans through it and every time I’ve managed to get a cup that feels like it came straight from a café. If you love coffee as much as I do, this machine is worth every penny.

Superb machine. First one also great except coffee heater plate not functioning as it should. Amazon acted swiftly and send me a second same model. New machine wires great. Hob heater is fine. Meant I could return the first buy in the box of the second. Superb service Thankyou Amazon.

Absolutely awful product! I had it on strong & fine & this is the result! The water doesn’t even go over the coffee properly, so produced really weak brown water! It literally arrived today & I want my money back

Perfect coffee machine it is excellent for us

It's easy to operate and makes nice coffee. My only niggle is the filling hatch at the back is awkward to get too. You can't put the matching up against a wall on the left as you won't be able to open the filter and you can't put the machine against a wall on the right else you won't be able to fill it up. So it's needs space either side.

Easy to use bean to cup coffee machine, 5 grinder settings, 3 strength setting, hotplate, auto timer what i don't like: The water tank is at the back of the machine so you have to rotate the machine 90 degrees to fill the water tank You cannot perminantely turn off the hotplate you have to turn it off during the brewing process everytime There are no instructions of use, just refers you to various YouTube video's Would i recommend this machine ? Yes, its a good machine with a large bean hopper I use the same settings as my old Mellita Aroma Fresh machine with the same volume of water and the out come is the same I knocked a star off because the water tank being at the back instead of the side

I wouldn't recommend this product at all. I had to order it twice: the first time, the coffee maker didn't come with the reusable filter. Amazon made me return it, I had to order it again, and this second unit worked fine for only three weeks until the grinder started making an unbelievably loud noise and stopped grinding beans at all. I just returned it and I'm not getting a third one, of course. It's a shame because the machine brews some pretty good coffee, but you're paying that extra money for a bean to cup machine, not just a filter machine.
