As a fan it is good but as a light very poor. They didn’t light details. Not sure it is 32 watts is for the fan and I assumed for light. The night lamp gives better light🫣

Had a problematic experience before. (Fan was wobbling, had noise issues, etc). Raised issues a couple of times, and then Atomberg team replaced the fan with a new one as the previous one had some manufacturing defect, and all problems were fixed in the new one.Barring the inconvenience, which can happen with any fan/company, I'd rate the service great as well.After sales support is good.A bit more about the fan (I'll keep it short):1) Noise levels: 4.5★ (Around 53-55db) at boost speed2) Look and feel/ colour:5★3) Remote function: 4.5★ (expected sleep function which is available only via app)4) App: 5★ (Quick and effective)5) Alexa control: 5★ (Works great)6) Air flow: 5★ (Great even at speed 2/3 during normal monsoon)7) Weight: 5★ (Lightweight, ABS material)Overall it's great, although om the pricier side. Wooden teak finish looks great.Dust resistance: good. I didn't notice much dust accumulation in 2 months of usage.Note to the company: The downrod cover in some other models have cut marks to break off so that it fit in any ceilings, for any rod length.In this model it's not there. So technician had to manually cut it using hacksaw so that it fits correctly. (I verified the claim myself) So take this into future design considerations.

The fan started making a continuous, irritating noise after just four months of use. My experience with Atomberg’s service has been disappointing—even in a metro city like Bangalore. Despite raising two service tickets and waiting for three months, no service person has visited, and the tickets keep getting closed. For a premium product priced above ₹10,000, I expected much better quality and after-sales support. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a premium fan and then have to put up with an annoying noise every night during the summer.

Fan runs very quiet.Of course there is some noise as well if you run it on boost mode but that it. And no body runs there fan on boost mode always.
