Love the smaller back!
I love how the flat back is of a smaller diameter. Perfect size for my lip! I used the snap in jewelry from my 18&20g flat backs and both sizes fit in this.

Works great
I got my first lobe piercing like 2 months ago and when they did it they gave me a silver back and a gold front so I thought I should change it. The back looks good and feels good, the disk on the back is a bit smaller than the one I was given when I was pierced. I used an insertion tool and it went in really easily. The 6mm 18g fits my ear just right. The barrel is a bit smaller I think than the original, I had to bend the front a little straighter to make it fit less tight but I don't think it will fall out as it's still in quite tight.

No reaction and lasts long
This did not disappoint! I originally got this for my Monroe piercing because it was time to change into a shorter bar. It’s not too close to my lip but it’s not too close to my gums/teeth either. It’s a comfortable size where you can still take it out/clean it and put it back in with no difficulties. Im also allergic to things with nickel/gold and this didn’t give me a reaction at all which is a good sign for those with an allergy or sensitive skin.

None of my tops worked in this bar with new piercing
I got this bar in 10mm because I have other 8mm bars with threadless tops already. I bought it to pierce my philtrum with and AFTER piercing it none of my tops went into the whole which made zero sense since everything I was using should’ve been compatible and was all 16g jewelry. I tried at least 15 different threadless tops. I had to think on the spot and just put something in just for the night until my new 10mm bar and top came the next day. I now switched it out and cannot use this bar. Really unfortunate and now my new piercing is a little more irritated because of messing with the tops that didn’t go in and ultimately completely changing the jewelry.

Worth the money
This worked out perfect for my conch. And I had no issues using an existing thread less post that I had, they snapped together just fine!
