Chocolate Wafers Pack of 24 Rolls

I bought this large pack of Necco Chocolate Wafers as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loved them — he finished all 24 rolls within a week! They’re hard to find locally, so being able to get them here was super convenient. The wafers arrived fresh, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. They have that same classic, chocolatey flavor we both remember — light, crisp, and just the right amount of sweetness. Yes, they’re a little on the expensive side, but for the quality and nostalgia, they’re totally worth it. If you’re a fan of old-fashioned candies or looking for a fun gift, this pack is a great choice.

I was very disappointed with the packaging. The wafers were just put in a box with no cushioning or padding. I expected to open one Necco roll and find the wafers broken, crushed or smashed to powder. It was not the case. Each wafer was intact, and I was pleased. The question is, was that an anomaly or how well Amazon trains their drivers? I have experience with this product. When Necco Company sends a box, it is packed very delicately like the hard drives used to be, with thick layers of foam padding on all six sides. Like they were shipping something very delicate and fragile. From the packaging, I consider myself incredibly lucky to have received the wafers intact, no broken wafers and I am well over half way through the box. Thank you delivery team for doing such a good job!

For a special treat, I give my grandchildren one of these pieces, almost every day. The problem is that these are sooooo special and taste soooo good, that I noticed that they are disappearing at an alarming rate... when I am not around. I hid them (they found them), I even locked the door to the bedroom (mom accidentally left it unlocked... (lost them again). I come home and find the plastic bag I keep open packages in (keeps them fresher), and the empty wrapper... on the floor... all the wafers gone. I would recommend that Necco consider putting something in them that requires an adult taste to enjoy, a sense of taste developed over years (like liver, peas, or broccoli flavoring) so that those dang kids leave them alone. This is the second box of 24 package I had to buy this year... shame on Necco for having such great taste!

I’m 80 years young and I love these things! I use to eat these things growing up! I didn’t know that they have been around for that many years !!!

My order arrived quickly and on time. The shipping and delivery was very good! So far after eating through the first layer, only one roll of these wonderful candies had a bunch of broken discs. Hopefully, I won't find anymore.
