My cones arrived minus the caps that go on top and allow you to chain the cones together. VV‘s website has a complaint form which requests the order number and your email address, but I never received any response from them.

I was very pleased with the product and as a result have ordered 4 in total. My second order was missing the plug/cap for where you put water or sand to add weight, on one of the stanchions. I sent an email to the company requesting just the plug and they never even responded back. In all I spent almost $200 on product so it’s a little disappointing.

This barricade looks as expected and was easy to assemble. It comes with 4 posts and plenty of plastic chain but be careful as the posts can break easily. After breaking the 2nd one, I was careful with the rest. It gets the job done but should be handled with care. They are very lightweight. I would not recommend them being used outside. It would work for a one time event for fun.

Perfect cones to make lanes for drive lanes. Not too heavy and not super light that they will blow away.

Sun doesn’t make it last long

These worked perfectly for my application. For the bad reviews concerned about the sturdiness, I’m curious if they followed the instructions to add sand and water. You could always add mixed concrete to make these even sturdier.
