Changed Design?
I bought this same item last year and it's a changed design. I left my original throat pump on a river bank. So I decided to buy another one. The "Anglers Accessories" are available at any sporting goods store. I can get one today for $8.79. However, I don't like that they have smaller bulbs. You get less suction. I thought I was getting the one showed in the the image, the red, larger bulbed throat pump. Instead they sent me the smaller one. Disappointing.

Well, what can you say about a stomach pump? It's a good stomach pump. For fish. A fish stomach pump. Very useful if you want to know what's in a fish's stomach. Which I do. But I have to catch a fish first.

Expensive. Works fine. 30 cents in material. I'm going to make and sell these for 1/2 the price.

Good item for your vest
It works as expected and the instructions show you how to take care of the fish when using it, which is so important for us who use this because we catch and release.
