Complete your profile and add the scale in the FITINDEX App. Measure barefoot with dry feet, hold the handle correctly, contact all 8 electrodes, and remain still until completion.

How do I connect or sync the scale?

Enable Bluetooth and Location permission for Android. Add the scale inside the FITINDEX App, not in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Keep the phone nearby and step on the scale to activate it.

What if the scale will not turn on or reset to zero?

Replace all 3 AAA batteries together and close the battery cover securely. Return the handle to the scale, reinstall the batteries, and wait for zero on a hard, flat floor.
