This review is for PUR Gum | Aspartame Free Chewing Gum | 100% Xylitol | Natural Spearmint Flavored Gum, 55 Pieces (Pack of 3). I got 2 of the 3-pack at the time because it was cheaper to do so than to get a 6-pack. Of course, the next day the 6-pack was cheaper lol. Anyway, this is great xylitol gum and not overly expensive like Zellie’s. I take 2 (which is one serving meaning 2g of xylitol) after “most” meals because it’s supposed to be good for my oral health. I chew one piece at a time for a couple minutes to prolong the sweet flavor instead of popping both into my mouth together. I like chewing these because they don’t harden up like some gums do. They stay soft throughout and I often forget and chew them for 15-20 minutes at a time. Anyway, I did the math and compared the PUR gum to other 100% xylitol gums out there and this one was a clear winner to me for the same benefits. I would totally recommend this gum and I like that it’s aspartame free! I’d give it a 5.0/5.0 - 03/20/2026.

I bought two flavors of this gum and very much like them both. I think I do prefer the spearmint more than the peppermint however. I noticed some of the reviews were saying that the flavor doesn’t last long but I didn’t experience that. There is an intense burst of minty flavor when you first begin to chew it and of course that does diminish some with time. I have found it to still have some flavor 30 to 45 minutes later. I just don’t usually chew gum past that time in general. I guess the most important aspect is that the gum is aspartame free. And that was my biggest concern, even after reading reviews, saying that the flavor didn’t last. So it was a happy surprise when I found that it was just fine for me.

You will LOVE PURR gum! I like that it is Aspartame Free. If you like to pop your gum, then this is the gum for you. I also like that it refreshes your breath. It’s cheaper if you buy it on Amazon than in the stores. It’s even cheaper if you Subscribe & Save. It comes in a variety of flavors; Bubblegum, Chocolate Mint, Cinnamon, Cool Mint, Peppermint, Pomegranate Mint, Wintergreen and my favorite Spearmint. Each pack contains 55 pieces. 0g of Sugar, 100% Xylitol and Non GMO.

The spearmint flavor starts off strong and refreshing, and the texture is smooth and easy to chew, not tough or rubbery. It’s sweetened with xylitol instead of sugar or aspartame, which is great if you’re trying to avoid artificial sweeteners. There’s no weird aftertaste either. The ingredient list is simple and clean, and since it’s sugar-free, it doesn’t leave that sugary film on your teeth. Xylitol is also known to help reduce plaque, so it works well as a quick breath freshener after meals. The only drawback is the flavor doesn’t last long. After a few minutes (3-4) the mint fades and you’ll probably want another piece. The gum itself stays soft though and doesn’t crumble or get chalky as you chew. Good option if you care about ingredients and dental impact, just don’t expect long-lasting flavor.

I love PUR gum, so I was searching for alternatives and was pleasantly surprised by this one. The ingredients are cleaner, it’s aspartame‑free, and the flavor is really refreshing. The pouch is a super convenient size, and the price is phenomenal for how much you get. If I bought this in a store, I’d only get about two packs for a third of what I get here. I do wish the flavor lasted a little longer, but I’m assuming that’s the trade‑off for having cleaner, ingredients. Still, it’s a great product overall. I love having them around the house, and my kids enjoy them too.

This is my favorite gum but I do wish the pieces were bigger. Flavor and texture is good. I just do 2 pieces instead of one. I love thats its gluten free as someone that can not have gluten.

This pack had a hole in the bottom of the bag and the gum appeared affected. I'm throwing that bag out. All others I have purchased were fine. It's non returnable, so just a warning to check the bag for holes.

Venian muy bien sellados, el sabor es bastante bueno y no sabe tan artificial. Vale la pena.

Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass diese Kaugummis wirklich mit die beste Alternative zu herkömmlichen (ungesunden) Kaugummis sind. Kommentare bzgl. "Geschmack verfliegt zu schnell" kann ich wirklich null nachvollziehen. Finde sogar genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Wirken sehr frisch bzw. intensiv und dieser Geschmack hält für ein Kaugummi sogar recht lange an. Es ist denke ich auch logisch, dass Geschmack in Form eines Kaugummis auch nicht unendlich halten kann und irgendwann verfliegt bzw. "ausgekaut" ist. Die neuen Wrigley's EXTRA Spearmint (NEU) zuckerfrei Kaugummi's schneiden zum Vergleich dagegen überhaupt nicht gut ab. Viel zu hart und diese verlieren tatsächlich bereits nach 2 Minuten völlig den Geschmack. Ganz klares Pro: Natürlich ohne Aspartam etc! Mein Favorit ist "Spearmint" gefolgt von Peppermint. Auch bestellt habe ich mir "Coolmint", wo ich allerdings sagen muss, dass diese Sorte völlig zum abgewöhnen ist und eher an Listerine Mundwasser Geschmack erinnert. Aber klar, ist Geschmacksache. Den Preis finde ich auch ok. Ganz klar zu empfehlen.

J’ai testé le goût « spearmint » et j’ai été agréablement surpris : la fraîcheur est bien présente, le goût reste longtemps (plus de 15 minutes chez moi), et la texture est ferme sans être trop dure. Le principal atout de ces chewing-gums est leur forte teneur en xylitol (66 %), un édulcorant naturel bon pour les dents. Il aide à lutter contre les caries, surtout si on mâche un chewing-gum après chaque repas pendant 10 minutes. Pourquoi c’est bon pour les dents ? Le xylitol inhibe la croissance des bactéries responsables des caries (comme Streptococcus mutans) en bloquant leur métabolisme. De plus, le fait de mâcher stimule la salivation, ce qui aide à neutraliser les acides présents après un repas et à rééquilibrer le pH de la bouche. Résultat : un environnement buccal plus sain, moins propice à la formation de caries. Contrairement à d’autres marques plus connues mais sucrées, ceux-ci ont un vrai bénéfice bucco-dentaire. C’est aussi une bonne alternative pour ceux qui cherchent à réduire leur consommation de sucre. À consommer avec modération toutefois : au-delà de 20 à 30 g de xylitol par jour (soit 20–25 gommes), cela peut provoquer quelques désagréments digestifs. Mais pour un usage courant, 1 à 5 par jour, c’est parfait.
