This is probably my favorite vanilla bean paste I've tried so far in my baking odyssey. It blends well into buttercream and there's no weird aftertaste. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I feel it has kicked up the flavor in my baked goods. And seeing the specks of vanilla is nice. I may try another vanilla paste just to try, but this isn't bad
