The seller did send a replacement bracket, good on them, and when installing this and feeling pleased the shelf was finally in place, the other side broke in exactly the same fashion after putting just two shampoo bottles on the shelf! Out of sheer frustation I searched my drawer of odds-and-sods and found a small L shaped metal bracket which I have managed to use, with a bit of rubber, to bodge a replacement bracket on one side and with this the shelf is in place and holding half a dozen bottles without issue, and looks fine. But if I could do it all again I'd simply buy a shelf that comes with proper, sturdy brackets in the first place, and cut out the frustation.Another thing to note, even if you end up with brackets that don't snap, is that the black part on each side is just standard plastic, not rubber, and therefore the shelf will never be truly gripped no matter how tight you do the securing screw. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality fittings. *by N***: on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2023* Unfortunately fittings are poor and didn't hold glass in firmly.
