You can slice a mango and dehydrate it with spices you like on them in an oven at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes for 1/4" slices. If not dried enough, add five more minutes at 250 degrees. Don’t get me wrong, I love candied chile mangos too, but sometimes you need something different. These are spicy and sweet, with some delightful flavor undertones. All in all, pretty well balanced. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent in taste, but not for everyone *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on 25 July 2020* The taste of this item grew on me after a while. Made 3-4 purchases so far. However, I cannot speak for everyone. Not everyone will share the same experiences. It's natural that not everyone will share the same preferences in food taste. From my experiences so far, what I can say is that the chili taste overwhelm the mango taste unless you bite into a thick piece. Smaller pieces will results in mostly chili and sugar with little taste of mango. I have no qualm with this but many will and may get disappointed if they seek a greater mango taste.
