OXO Tot Grape Cutter Slicer for Toddlers, Food Slicer for Fruits & Veggies

This little gadget is a great item for babies/ toddlers. (Not for their use lol) it makes getting their berries and grapes slices up quick and easy! It saves so much time and makes prepping their snacks ahead of time quite easy. Its easy to clean. Just pop it in the dishwasher or you can hand wash, I use a straw brush to get in the small spaces. I also like that it has a little cover for storage. I just wish it was a little bit bigger for strawberries bc my kid loves them and they won't fit in this gadget. I have to quarter them first, which is what this item does. It doesn't just cut them in half it does quarters (4) which is perfect for small hands.

I love this thing. It is so easy to use; even my 2-year-old can do it! We use it to cut up grapes, blueberries, cherries, tomatoes, and pretty much any other small round food that I'm worried could be a choking hazard. Sure, a knife could be used for this, but when you are having to cut up grapes times a day, throughout the day, this little gadget comes in handy. It's small and compact, so it's easy to store! I have put it in the dishwasher, but I feel like it got cleaner when I hand-washed it. There are some cracks that I felt couldn't be reached when in the dishwasher.

It does require whole, firm grapes or tomatoes to work best, and very soft ones can sometimes squish instead of cleanly slice. It also takes a little practice to get a consistent cut, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty efficient. Overall, I like it for making snack prep faster and safer for my toddler, especially for grapes and cherry tomatoes, and it’s a handy little gadget to have in the kitchen.

Worth every penny! It works so well. I was on the fence due to the price but no regrets! A total time saver!

Had for over a year and I still Love this item. It works great and makes life easier. BUT it can be a pain to clean and is now discolored from cutting red grapes. Not a huge deal, but that’s why it’s not 5 stars.

I love this thing! Needing to quarter grapes feels so tedious when there are hungry children waiting for them and this thing makes it a breeze! Grapes of all sizes slice very well. This contraption is sharp enough to cut through grapes, but not too sharp that when my two year old wants to try that she gets hurt. The fact that it is dishwasher safe just makes this basically perfect. Also it fits in the drawer very well, like it isn't one of those things that takes up too much space and jams the drawer every time I go to get it.

I bought this for my toddler classroom because the kitchen always brings me grapes without cutting them up first. And I know that's extra work for the kitchen but I'm not a real big fan of having to put together sandwiches AND quarter grapes while singing wheels on the bus to five screaming 18-month olds who want their lunch (because apparently me singing is acceptable to them but playing songs on the speaker is not). Even though you can only do one grape at a time its still much faster than doing it by hand! It also works good on cherry tomatoes but I found it didn't work so well on blueberries but that might have been because I shoved a whole bunch in there. I also used it to make cheese cubes smaller and while it did work it was a GIANT pain in the butt to clean cheese out of there, do not reccomend. The cutting blade is on the inside and it is serrated. Not razor sharp but I still managed to slice my finger open trying to clean out the cheese. If your kid grabs it they'd have to like, stick their finger inside and press pretty hard to actually cut themselves. My one con is that the cover/lid fits kinda loose and slides off. So glad I bought this, its great for the classroom and I will be thankful to have it the next time the kitchen thinks its a great idea to serve grapes and cherry tomatoes on the same day. TLDR: use as intended for grapes and cherry tomatoes, don't use for cheese.

I love this thing! It’s sharp, easy to use, works on a variety of things (grapes, tomatoes, olives). Love the appearance and the teal color. I haven’t tried putting it in the dishwasher yet but I’m sure it’s dishwasher safe so I probably will. My 4 year old uses it with supervision to cut his own grapes and he has a blast doing it (great for strengthening his hands too). Very versatile.

Con bebés este tipo de herramientas son una chulada! Aunque el precio es elevado, en comparación con otros artículos, cumple su función bastante bien. Ojo, la fruta debe ser de gran tamaño, en el caso de las uvas, ya que si son pequeñas, se aplastaran más que cortarte en tiras.

Much better than alternatives, works really well

Got this for grape tomatoes. I love the tomatoes but cutting them is a pain and I've cut myself more than once. My food processor turns them to mush. So finding this gadget was great. Easy to use and I just rinse after use. Also found easy to ball up baby spinach and roughly chop into smaller pieces for pizza. I've used it most days since I bought it months ago. Thanks!

I'm not a huge fan of gadgets like this, but I also hate cutting grapes. I decided to give this a try and it's the best thing I ever bought for my grape loving toddler! It comes apart for cleaning easily and saves me so much time.
