Gefen Mini Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free, 10oz (2 Pack) Dairy Free, Nut Free, Lactose Free

These chips work perfectly for my keto chocolate chip cookies. The price is a bit high but fortunately it doesn't take many of them for my cookies. I like their size (small which matches the size of my cookies) and their taste (not too sweet or bitter-right in the middle). There were no clumps on arrival or when kept at room temperature. However, I didn't want to tempt fate with clumping so I kept them in the fridge until needed. Highly recommended.

The chocolate taste excellent and is great for cooking. Sometimes may melt a little when shipping and be in a few clumps of chocolate when you open it. But it still breaks apart and can be used. Love the fact that it's sugar free

My family makes pancakes or waffles every weekend - with chocolate chips, of course! When my son was diagnosed with Type I diabetes, I had to find some other options for our chocolate chips. There weren't many options in the mini size, but these are great. Taste is very similar to a regular chocolate chip. I've learned it's best not to order these during hot weather, though. Travelling in the heat is a bad idea for something that can melt!

When I first purchased these at the end of 2023 to use for baking, the product was a good quality and I enjoyed the taste. However, sometime around May the chocolate chips started arriving as a solid block that seemed they had melted and hardened as one piece. It was impossible to separate as I needed them in small pieces. After trying it a second time in September and receiving the same type of item, I decided to stop purchasing them, since you cannot return them. Very disappointing.

Pretty cool and good flavor. They do however melt at low temp and solidify. Blame shipper.
