Okay. So. I have an autistic 4 y/o who hates to cry because he hates the wet tears on his face. Baths are a struggle, so he tends to get ear wax build up in his ears. I read reviews & watched videos before buying this & decided to give it a try even though I knew it was going to be a torturous process; my kid cannot sit still, hates anything wet & freaks out whenever anyone tries to do anything to his ears. HOWEVER—the sitting process wasn’t actually too bad! We laid together & watched videos & did animal noises & counted numbers. But the product/water going into his ear was a struggle. I had to do it fast so I prepped everything, had him lay next to me & squirted it real fast then stuck a cotton ball in to stop it from coming out. I don’t know if I got the full vial in, but I figured we could always do another one if needed (later on, of course) since the pack included 10 vials. We cuddled for the 15 mins & then it was time to rinse. This is the part I dreaded most. He would not keep his head sideways for me to rinse it out so it was a sloppy process! I had to wrestle him & squirt fast then quickly tilt his head after the water was in. I pray I was able to get it all out but if not, we’ll follow up with diluted peroxide. His ears are SO CLEAN!!! And now he doesn’t freak out as much when I touch his ears because I think he understands it’s helping. Hopefully this helps with anyone considering this for their littles. I recommend 100%!!!

I woke up to an extremely muffled ear this morning and tried to find any way to fix it. I used a Q tip to no avail, only making my ear much more worse. I immediately looked up any way to resolve my issue and discomfort, when I came across this product. I was skeptical at first receiving this product as I had never done it before but knew I couldn’t bear the discomfort much longer. The instructions were spot on as I laid down on my side and was assisted by my spouse when applying the ear drops and right away I started feeling small subtle sounds which comforted me that it was working. After the 15 minutes was up, I then went into the bathroom where I had a bit of an issue trying to put the purple drainer with water and clear out my ear however after a couple attempts, it worked and I was hearing like normal again. This product really does break down the earwax! 5 out of 5 stars and saved me a trip to the er and discomfort!
