Worked right out of the gate, no issues, no instructions, etc. I'm docking a 14" MBP and using all of the USB-A, the HDMI & the USB-C (KEF LSX 2 LT). My older dock hub didn't seem to reliably support the audio out on the USB-C Audio Class 2.0; this does. And that is a game changer with these KEF speakers. My other ports are for a Logitech wireless mouse, Apple (vintage) mechanical keyboard, Logitech webcam and Elgato Wave microphone. None of them are having any issues. Charging is powerful. The build quality appears significantly higher than the aftermarket brand hubs I've previously purchased on Amazon, and which usually die within a year or two. I am hoping this lasts a good long time, at least until I need more than 1 USB-C / Lightning peripheral. It's a solid piece of equipment. If I had one complaint, it would be that the connector to my MBP from the hub isn't a very long cord. It's a high quality wrapped cord, but for the hub to rest under my very slightly raised MBP, it's stretched to the max. But that would be known at purchase so it's fine. I have the black. Another reviewer is correct that it takes fingerprints easily. I don't move mine so it's a non-issue once it's set.

I went on vacation to California for 2 weeks, and this delivered. Not only could I keep everything connected just by using this, but for devices(Tablets, Surfaces, phones), that do not have a built in USB-C port, this gets the job done. A lot of laptops smaller than 17" do not come equipped with Ethernet RJ-45 Jacks, this has it. Newer Surfaces, iOS and Android devices in the last 7 or 8 years, do not have headphone jacks. It also has SD card expansion storage, good for an extra 1.5TB(Micro SD) on the go, great if you have a media or audio library on the go, or a bunch of photos you want in one place. A lot of manufacturers also ditched an SD card on their latest tech, some never supported it. It has four USB A ports, one USB C port, which is plenty, most manufacturers except Microsoft and Apple realize the importance of USB-A connections, and even some of the gaming handhelds also do. Not to mention, you don't need fast charging so USB-A is fine. The HDMI port is 2.1, which supports 4k at 60hz, or 240hz at 1080p, which is perfect for modern day use. A lot of TV's nowadays also go above 60hz, making this great for travel. The build quality is excellent, it's metal with a braided cord, so you'll feel the elements more if you lay this on your shorts(Think streaming without a dedicated stand for your device), the only minor gripe is that the cable is extremely short. 85 Watts is plenty to keep most devices, including Macbooks and laptops, charged, all ipads and tablets including Surfaces, making this a great universal dock.

Great quality build with aluminum frame. The only flaw is the cable being too short.

Got this for work to connect two monitors, keyboard and mice. I also connect up some SSDs and other devices. Works like a charm with everything I have hooked up so far. Value is definitely great for this unit.

I used every input it has. This thing is great. Used it For things I didn't even know I have. I think I bought used and it was good as new. No uses.

This is my first amazon review ever, after years of ordering things off of Amazon, and this USB dock failed me so spectacularly that I was compelled to warn others about the reliability of this product. In short, after roughly 3 months of mildly using this product (I only had an external SSD, external power delivery, and an external monitor plugged into it at the time of its passing) it has failed completely. None of the ports work, nor does the power passthrough work either. It is a total dud. For what this thing costs, I expected it to be able to last a while. Considering my livelihood depends on the reliability of the hardware I have at home, I, out of respect for myself and what I do, cannot purchase another Razer product if this is how poorly a premium Razer product performs.

Works great, quality is solid metal chassis, no issues with connectivity, not thunderbolt, but also not advertised as such. Great for running ethernet to any tech without a designated port !

Quality item with audio Works Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad. Most don’t have audio at this price.

Muy bueno, uno de los puertos usb tipo c funciona como fuente de alimentación, el cable para conectarse es un poco corto y es fijo, en mi caso en particular tiene un conflicto al encender y que esté conectado el razer cooling pad no se reconocen los otros dispositivos conectados.
