I have Been using this product over two years , it has helped my edges grow and it lays the hair sooo well, it does not get caked up or white like most edge controls. This is my go to edge control. Each time I run Out i come straight to Amazon to purchase I don't Even bother going into a beauty store to buy anything other then this. I just Wanted to let the owner know to please keep the product the same. Some people change their ingredients over time but this is such a good product

I absolutely love this edge control. I have tried so many edge controls that did not work from all price points. Some edge control's would slick my edges down, but after 1 or 2 hours the edge control would need to be reapplied. Or the other edge control's wouldn't slick my edges down at all. My hair absorbs everything I put in my hair. So I was so amazed at how well this edge control not only slicked my edges down but kept my edges slicked down all day. I apply the edge control in the morning and when I return home in the evening my edges still looks the same. I have natural hair, but with this edge control my edges makes my hair looked permed. This edge control is by far the best that I have ever tried. I normally purchase it from my local beauty store. I like it so much I was telling my husband about it and he ordered it from Amazon for me. He paid $10.49, and it is so worth every penny.

Personally, I feel like I have tried every hyped-up edge control on the market today, and this is the only one that lives up to the hype. This edge control gets my wild hair ALL THE WAY together and the wear lasts all day. The biggest con to this edge control that I’ve been seeing a lot in the reviews is that it can leave a white residue sometimes. I’ve been using this for years, so I can see why this may happen. You have to be careful not to cake this product up too much, a little goes a long way. It seems to be alcohol based, so it can get a little flakey when it dries. What I do sometimes is make sure that I incorporate a TINY bit of oil or an oil based product in with my hair while using it, and just secure the style by wrapping the hair in a scarf for a few minutes before heading out. This will help the edge control to not dry like that. And again, don’t use too much. If u need to redo the style, use mostly water to reactivate the edge control. My only complaint is that I think it’s time yall come out with a bigger jar. I use this every day, so I go through them within a month or so. Lasts longer obviously if I have braids or a style in and just need to do my edges. I’m not sure if this merchant is the same one who actually makes this product, but again, I’ve been ordering from this merchant for a long time. The product always arrived safely, no screw-ups, never any damage, no returns necessary, 100% success rate. I will update this if that changes. I don’t speak for all hair types, but I know this hasn’t failed me yet.

So glad I came across this edge control! All others (hicks, design essentials, etc) were failing me from almost the moment I put it on. This one has worked consistently and withstood these resistant edges and heat and humidity. Lasts for hours, not quite all day but doesn't make you look greasy when it quits on you nor does it give all the way up. Will be my new go to edge control going forward. Pricey but worth it.

My daughter has problematic edges. They are coarse, dry, and brittle. They aren’t thin, so there’s plenty of hair to fight with. We’ve tried everything, but nothing works for more than a few hours. We’ve resorted to small cornrows at her hairline or just ignoring them. The other day we tried SHE IS BOMB. I didn’t have high expectations because i tried 5 million other edge Controls. This was the best thing ever! As soon as I applied I new it was different, but wasn’t sure if that was a good or bad thing. It went on easy and immediately laid her edges down. Today is day three and they are still laid. The hold isn’t hard or stiff but it definitely works. I will never use another edge control EVER!

The product is filled all the way to the top while the one I purchased instore 6+ months ago was half filled (but still lasted really long and Im not even done with it yet) its pretty strong if you use apply an oil to edges then gorilla snot and then rub the product between your fingers and apply, and the best results come when i tie it down and let it dry instead of stepping outside with my edges still damp/moist from the product. The only thing is even with all of that it still isnt the strongest hold when directly facing the sun but its definitely a good product and cheap. I purchased for 11 (plus tax) in stores. Got this one for around 9 dollars with more product, very nice😊

This product has been my go-to edge control as it has perfectly and consistently slicked my natural edges. This is my third purchase and likely my last because the quality just doesn’t seem to be the same. My first couple of orders of this were thicker and it took me a while to finish the jar. Unfortunately, the new consistency is more like jam, and I’ve used more than I normally use of this new jar. Luckily it’s getting cooler outside so I won’t be fighting with the heat and humidity to keep my edges under control. I do tie my hair down after combing it, so I still get decent results.

This product really works. The trick to it is not to use too much at a time. I have been using this product for a few years now and it never fails. If too much is used, it may leave a white cast. In that case just spray a bit a water on it, restyle it then tie it down.

Let me just say i have been looking for a edge control that would hold my 4c hair and none have worked but this product is amazing it does its job but not for the whole day and it also leaves some white stuff after a while but if u put oil (insta: @jaydzntingz ~Canada, ON based~) on it, it goes a way lovd and would recommend to anyone
