Perelel Mom Multi Postnatal Vitamins with Omega 3 DHA, Iron, & Collagen

I was almost 5 months postpartum when I happened upon these. I noticed a difference around day 4 and more on day 5. I was struggling with debilitating exhaustion from lack of sleep with a newborn and a toddler. If it helps, I have always taken supplements. I was previously on a prenatal and vitamin D. I cant explain how, I'm still tired but no longer debilitating. I also feel more like myself in many ways. I would like to continue to buy these, I feel so much better with them. One thing to note, I burped the fish oil first 3 days and afterwards that effect went away. I'm very sensitive to omega and normally break out in horrible cystic acne when I consume it. I have not had a single break out other than the smaller and occassional zit or two ( to be expected postpartum). They are pricey but worth it in my opinion. The pouch makes taking them a breeze. Give them a try, so worth it!

I really like this mom pack. I feel like the cognitive blend has really helped to prevent postpartum anxiety/depression. I feel so normal mentally which is definitely how I was with my first baby. My skin has cleared up tremendously and overall, I feel good. I don’t even mind taking 5 different capsules. Totally recommend!

I could not say better things about this vitamin! I’m currently six months postpartum and was just feeling like I was lacking and always tired. I also suffered from pretty bad postpartum hair loss and can say that I have seen significant growth since starting these vitamins and also a change in my skin and just overall well-being. They are a little bit pricey but honestly, it’s worth it for the daily pack, the packaging also makes it very easy to just set up at your sink and grab one every single day so you don’t forget. I also did a comparison of ingredients with this brand and others that I was considering on ChatGPT and can’t say that this has everything that I feel a postpartum mom would need.

I swear these have been my savior on my postpartum journey. My hair is growing back much faster than it did with after my first child. Prior to taking my nails were cracking and that has also resolved. I haven’t noticed any mental clarity, but that could be from lack of sleep. I like the pouches and feel like it’s very convenient to bring on the go. Since all the vitamins are in one pouch I think it’s cost effective compared to buying individually and it’s HSA/FSA approved! There is not an off putting taste or smell. As someone who is breastfeeding, I feel reassured that the daily vitamin pack is helping to replenish the nutrients I’m loosing.

The sardine and anchovy taste & odor from the omega pill has permeated every capsule in the packet. Instead of taking just one fishy pill, all of them are extremely fishy! It wasn’t a good idea to put the omega pill in with all the other capsules because they absorb the fish taste. I will not be buying these again. I will look to buy each pill separately so they don’t all taste like fish. It is nice that these are HSA eligible and having them in one packet is convenient. I have only been taking them for one week and have not noticed a difference yet

I’ve had PPD/PPA with every baby and for my 4th and final pregnancy with twins decided to take this after to help with my mental health. It’s got a mental health blend or something in it. Well I do think it works. I do not have PPD or PPA this time around. I do think it’s super expensive for what it is so I knocked it down a star but overall happy with the product!
