Was afraid it would be a little small for a dining room, but it was fine. May have to experiment with frosted bulbs since the light pierces through the crystals and shade, but it's a stunning chandelier both lit and unlit. It took 10 minutes to hang the extra crystals and they sent a pair of very small cloth gloves so you don't get fingerprints all over them. My hubby hung it very quickly and easily, but he's a former electrician. He liked the length of chain and wires included. We have 10 foot ceilings and didn't have to cut anything. The extras fit into the box in the ceiling. Overall, I'm very happy with this chandelier, would purchase it again, and would recommend it to others. (I've also seen it with the black finish but it's much prettier with the chrome!)
