Ring no longer turns on after 1 month of use.

I have wanted a smart ring for a few months but was between a couple of other options but I loved the in depth features that came with the Ultrahuman ring and I am sure I made the right choice. The ring is easy to use, the battery lasts for several days and it looks and feels great! Delivery was smooth and arrived quickly.

I’ve had the ring for about 2 months, and have loved it in general but the battery is now dying in about a day and a half and while I know I charge my phone every day, I’d hope that a ring that I’m meant to wear all the time for optimal tracking wouldn’t need to be charged pretty much every single day. In general I LOVE the ring, love the app, love the insights I receive, in general it’s great. I still haven’t managed to make the cycle tracking function work but currently I haven’t even had it on consistently enough for that because it keeps losing battery 😢. Customer service has been very good in dealing with my concerns but still haven’t seen results sadly - hopefully things improve.

Product is great. Does exactly what it says online. Really pleased. Love how much it tracks your sleep and keeps your information and data in a format that’s easy to read.

This ring was great when it worked. I got 3 replacements after it stopped working and that was over less than 1 year since I got it. It is a great tracker and I was so determined to keep trying with it but after it got to the 4th replacement I knew it was time to send it back.

Article a fonctionne durant une semaine. Puis plus de réaction. Aucune chance de faire marcher par apres. Je lai alors renvoyé et acheté le Oura ring 4. Durant la premiere semaine il a bien marché.

I have had this ring for two months and is now not charging/ working at all. Waste of money . Spoke with Amazon they were amazing and replaced the ring. Hopefully the replacement ring is better.

Das Unternehmen arbeitet stetig an Verbesserungen und reagiert auf jedes Feedback - auch gibt es immer wieder neue Plug-ins neben den gängigen für Zyklus, Schlaf, Screen-Time oder meinen Lieblings Plug-In : adolescent bzw die Anzeige, ab wann es am Besten ist Koffein zu trinken und wann man keinen mehr trinken sollte, um besser zu schlafen. Auch ist kein Abo nötig und wird auch geworben, dass sie auch im Nachhinein keine abo-pflicht einführen . Absoluter Game changer Mein Mann und ich haben beide einen Ring und können diesen nur weiter empfehlen.

Pro tip: Make sure to wear the sizing kit rings for at least 24 hours before deciding on a final size. I initially thought size 7 would work for me, but because I tend to retain water and get a bit bloated, I ended up going with size 8, which fits much better for my body type.
