Item was defective and altered voiding the warranty
This seller altered the memory and ram that the motherboard is not able to read or process. I did not find out until I bought it and it kept freezing over and over. Found out by calling hp support, which let me know. Also my warranty was voided because the seller altered / increased the ram and memory which is not compatible with the original motherboard, hence the constant freezing. Definitely reporting to consumer financial protection Bureau and asking for full refund. Update: spoke to seller who stated he would fix, but the only way to get computer working is to put the original ram and memory on computer which is significantly less than what was advertised and significantly devalues the computer. Told seller this is unacceptable and want a full refund. Beware to All consumers: Don’t buy from this seller, unless you want defective computers that don’t operate.
