I was able to get a small partial credit refunded to my account. While the repair cost was probably more than what I received, I am able to do the repairs by myself. The kayak has ample storage capacity and can hold up to 350 lbs. I like the water resistant storage design. The opening is wide enough to put everything I need to on it. The kayak is easy to use and very stable. It isn't super fast or maneuverable. That's the sacrifice you make for stability. In summary, I would recommend, but make sure you inspect and report anything that is missing or damaged. The customer service has been helpful with me.
